I have multiple monitors. When I am hosting a webinar on a monitor other than the laptop screen AND using the new Desktop application, learners are unable to see cursor movement when screen view is selected. They are able to see it when application view is used (verified with your support team - case 17360161).
@AshC By the way, I am on the phone with support about the Power Point issue. The support agent was able to recreate/see the issue with the PPT presentation not advancing.
@AshC what additional details are needed? I called customer support to report the issue. They were able to recreate the issue and see it on my computer as well. (ticket number 17360161).
Regardless, I'd be happy to help any way I can as this is a critical function to the way we use Go To Training.
Additionally, I had another issue yesterday where (in the same setup, desktop app, additional monitor, application view), customers were not able to see my power point presentation advancing to the next slide.
@rkinchen We do have another report of this behavior but need to dig into the hardware and graphics card in use there. Can you help fill in some details the customer support agent asked for in this regard, and let us know how it goes?
