Custom bacground for panelists

Hi, we tried it with backgrounds using ChromaCam and it works well only for organizer (when I'm logged in GoTo). Our presenters (panelists) have only Lite version of ChromaCam - there is always watermark and no option for custom bacground (uploading own files). How do you suggest to solve this, any ideas? We need our panelists to have professional, own backgrounds. But our panelists don't log in GoToWebinar account, they just use their panelists' links. Help.

Hi @Silvi welcome to the GoTo Community.

The new GoTo Webinar is currently available in beta, so you can test the background feature. When it is available for your account, you will see a banner at the top of your dashboard after your sign in on the website.

Hi, #Ash , and what about GoTo Corporate Account users, is the situation any different? We have online account for 1 organizer.

Current estimates to upgrade most Webinar users is within the next quarter, but could be sooner. You will receive notification of the process in advance of the exact date.

We do not have a release date to share just yet as we are working on feature parity still to ensure all GoToWebinar features will be available in the new experience.

Hi there,

When GoToWebinar customers receive the new and improved GoTo app there will be additional webcam customization options so that ChromaCam may no longer be needed for many effects.

Hi! I've had the same problem and the ChromaCam support was so kind to mail to the panelists a 14 days account. Despite their kindness This can't be a real solution, moreover since some panelist don't want (or sometime can't) install third-party sw for that.
So, please Logmein, implement this function, as well as the PC audio streaming of the panelists.
