I want to make sure that I can clear the host screen.

Hello,

I 'd like to make sure that I can blank out my host screen while remotely connected from my home.

Even if I chose "Enable new screen blanking feature" from the "Host" tap but it does not work.

My host screen can not be blanked out while remotely connected.

Please help out to solve this issue.

Thank you. I reviewed your account and there are currently no known issues with the build you are using. Did you reboot the Host PC after you made changes to the screen blanking setting? If the New Screen Blanking option is unchecked, could you please try enabling it again and then reboot the Host?

The operating system is Windows 10 and the host PC is business.

Can you please provide some details about your host computer? What operating system does it run? Is the Host computer a personal computer or a business computer?
