We would like to be able to completely disable Voice Mail for specific extensions within the system. In our environment we have some specific extensions that should never go to voicemail when called.
Alternatively, rather than hanging up on the caller, you could direct the call to another extension or group.

You should already have this ability. In the example below if you select Hang Up, the line will ring for 20 seconds before hanging up on the caller.
Please note that this setting is also available to the user of that line, so they do have the ability to change it.
