Many users that work in offices are not at their desks so it would be nice if you could assign a call park/call park retrieve icon in the app. This is a feature that RingCentral and several other hosted providers have on their mobile apps. As an admin, I would like the ability to copy or clone call queues when setting up a new call queue. Currently, settings among call queues need to match previously configured call queues. Current process is having to manually select settings for each newly created call queue which can get missed.
