I have been using gotomypc for a year with no problems. All of a sudden I can no longer bypass the lock screen on my host computer. I click, press enter, tried sending ctl-alt-del over and over with no response.
So now I have to leave my computer unlocked at my office. Trying to do work at home and want to print reports and now my gotomypc printer isn't working saying I have to enable to the printer. I checked in settings and it's enabled.
All computers are updated with windows. I checked previous user threads and updated video drivers as they suggested. Nothing is working.
What's the problem here? Can't lock my computer. Can't print. Not a good solution
