Most of the users at my company were on version 23.06.3786 until a week or two ago, at which point I started seeing the three-dot button that offered 'restart gotomypc' and 'restart computer' vanishing from one user's machine after another in the interface. When I look at our setup now it appears that a total of four users still have that version. Other users' machines have apparently updated to 12.6.3646, and the majority of users are now running 11.1.3161.
Why is Gotomypc 'updating' our computers to older, less functional versions of the client? I have users losing the ability to blank both their monitors left, right, and center with no warning at all. Why is the update process apparently going backwards in time?
