We are trying to create and receive calls but any is connecting.
@guicalabria thanks for getting back to me, I checked with our support team and there was an incident today that affected the Contact Center which should be resolved. Since you are still experiencing issues, I opened a support case for you, someone should be reaching out to you soon.
Yes, I'm still not receiving calls.
It's not reported but it seams some servers from Brazil market are having problems.Now when I try to contact the support by phone it plays recording saying they are having problems.
Hi @guicalabria GoTo Connect has not reported any service outages today. Are you still having issues? Can you provide any more details about the incident?
