cursor stuck when doing file transfer

Cursor always freezes when transferring files.. Not allowing to click on anything on rescue.

Does the file transfer complete or are you unable to transfer the file at all?
Despite the inconvenience, yes, I can transfer the files.
Once the file transfer is complete do you regain control?
Yes, I can!
Does this happen with any other computers or just this one?

I'm still not sure, but on some it happens that the application closes.

Important info I forgot to mention. This only happens when transferring files from the client workstation to the Support Agent. If I transfer from my machine to the client's, everything happens normally.
