Can't open download from Proctor U

Hello, I have to use logmeim rescue chat for my online exams through Proctor U. I can download the file they send before the test but I get the message
This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your Pc check the software published.

I’ve been able to use it 5 times In the past with the most recent time being a month ago.
I have an MSi computer with windows 10.

I have to use the Guardian browser for the test but have firefox and chrome.

@Jimbarker here's another article about a Compatibility tab that may help with the Windows error message.

Those didn't work . About a month ago it was working , so not sure why it happened all a sudden.

This appears to be a Windows error. I found this article with some troubleshoots. Let me know if this helps resolve the issue.
