When I make a call through the go to meeting app on the chromebook supplied to me it states that the call could not be connected and it is being worked on. Could there be an update that my chromebook installed that is causing this?

Did you check out this article? If the troubleshoots here do not work can you let me know if this is a new issue? Were you able to make calls previously?
