As an administrator, I have created a contact list. I can view it on my desktop. Is there a way to get this to my desk phone? Can I share it with others on their desk phones?

I don't see current plans for adding the ability to view your desktop contact list directly on your desk phone, I have shared your interest with the team. A developer mentioned as a partial workaround, you can use the GoTo Desktop App along with your desk phone extension. This way, when you call a contact from the app, your desk phone will ring first and then connect the call to your chosen contact. This isn’t exactly the same as having your contact list on your desk phone, but it does help you quickly reach your contacts using your desk phone.
KateG, is there any update on this. There are still quite a few users out there who prefer to have a good old desk phone.
