The wait time on hold on the phone is always in excess of 45 minutes, does anyone else have this problem?
Even if you get an initial message to say it will be less than one minute.

I'm not sure what may have happened. I tried testing today, it stated the wait was less than 10 minutes and an agent answered around the 6-minute mark. Typically the wait should be only a few minutes, unless there is a service issue.
