Does anyone have a phone number to call to speak to an actual person with GoToConnect? None of the directions to fix the problem I have are working. Why the hell don't they want to provide customer service??!!
Our company name is not appearing correctly on the outgoing caller id. I went through all of the stupid AI chat directions and the area I need to make the change in is greyed out and won't let me type into the box. I do have the admin credentials and the permission but still can't get it fixed.
