Change the name of our outgoing caller id

Does anyone have a phone number to call to speak to an actual person with GoToConnect? None of the directions to fix the problem I have are working. Why the hell don't they want to provide customer service??!!

Our company name is not appearing correctly on the outgoing caller id. I went through all of the stupid AI chat directions and the area I need to make the change in is greyed out and won't let me type into the box. I do have the admin credentials and the permission but still can't get it fixed.

You have to go through like 4 screens to "finally" get to a phone number. You don't even list a support phone number on your invoices. My point is most companies make that information easily accessible rather than a scavenger hunt.

When you click on Customer Support we ask for some basic information up front so that you are routed to the correct support team, it also helps us identify any new trending issues.

The customer service phone number is not easily accessible or displayed on the page. Everything that says "Customer Support" brings you to another page that does not have a phone number listed. I had to type my question 3 times before it would finally take me to a page with a phone number and a case number.
