Would be nice to have a "Print " Button somewhere for the person logging the Ticket could print the ticket.. We use a particular group for "Billable" and having a paper trail for these types of cases is crucial

We are currently not planning this feature for the next two quarters, but I have created a feature request for this.
This ability is vital to our operation, we need the ability to send tickets to our auditors.
