Note Node for Dial Plan

Hello,

We think it would be super useful to have a node that can be added to dial plans for Notes. The node would not do anything but would allow you to enter text that can explain the routing or thought process to another admin looking at it. It could also be used for noting temporary changes.

Nevermind this! Not sure how to mark this as solved, but I found the feature exists already in the form of a comment box in the side panel.
