Hello,
I am not sure if this is something that I may have over looked. When monitoring a technician, the video is created as a .rcrec file. I have it set so that the files are saved as avi, and all regular sessions are recorded as avi but just not tech monitoring sessions. Am I missing a configuration option somewhere?
Also, when a technician has a dual monitor, it appears that converted rcrec to avi file is stretched and only of one screen.
Help?
