I just hosted a standard webinar and encountered two issues. The participants were unable to unmute themselves and couldn't turn on their webcams. Are there specific settings I need to adjust, or is it not possible for participants to interact during the session?

It could be something enabled in your admin settings. When you look at the Webinar, under Settings and Audio Pin, does Attendee say Listen only as shown in this post, or does it say Muted?
