Hey there, I'd really really like to be able to have customized call dispositions as most other call center software I've used before has at least the options to request for custom reporting if needed.

Hi @illusiveman007 thanks for your feedback. We are aware of this need and Custom Call Dispositions are on our near-term roadmap for historical reporting, we will update the Community when it becomes available.
