I am a Chromebook user. I present on the platform as an invited participant, every few months. We have been using GOToTraining and GOToWebinar for a few years now.
GoToTraining was working March on my Chromebook. Last week I could not get in. The support team sent me a test link today and I can register, but a black screen opens, with not information.
We tried the app on the Chromebook, that let's me in but when I share my screen it is also only black and I can't get to the tabs to share the presentation.
We deleted the app, and I saw the normal register page, but as described in the first paragraph there was not joy in getting in.
We checked the setting and allowed the app.goto.com all permissions.
Assistance in getting the platform to work as it did previously would be most useful.
