Ongoing problem here, I reboot the remote computer and my local computer client goes to a grey screen which I cannot exit from. It took me about 30 minutes yesterday to get my laptop to start responding again. I could ctrl-Tab and see other windows but whichever one I selected I would still be stuck at a grey screen. I could control alt delete and select task manager but I would be stuck with the grey screen and never see the task manager.

Can you please enable debugging so there are logs for review? If you are using a Windows PC you might also want to check the Event Viewer to see if there are any clues to why the client is freezing.
