In analytics, our call center supervisors would like to be able to filter by time and not just by date.

Our agents work with different contracts throughout the day so at a minimum the supervisors would appreciate if they could filter by hour blocks. This way they can examine different activities being undertaken at different times by a certain agent without the data being skewered by a previous activity.

Hello from the product team at GoTo! Thank you for sharing your supervisor's needs here. Can you help us understand the reason to filter by time? For example perhaps there is a specific metric that's needed, if you are looking for hourly blocks, 15-minute blocks, etc. Can you let us know the types of tasks your supervisors need to accomplish? For example, headcount planning, examination of performance by shift, etc. Regards, Neil D.
