Hi, our users have encountered a login issue. Every time, when they start a new LogMein Client session, it asks for their password. Credentials have to be entered every time, even though they are saved. Are there any options to fix this?

Reviewing the case I see the team asked the following, could you let me know if this is affecting just you or the entire organization? Is the admin file configured like this on the admin profile: Users > Login Policy > Credentials:

Reviewing your case it looks like we are waiting for an updated version with a fix, which is scheduled to be released today. Can you let me know tomorrow if there is still an issue?
As a workaround for the d773020272, the "Keep me signed in" has to be unchecked.
