Connecting to destination PC

Hello Everyone,

We are using GoToMyPC to connect to remote computers. Sometimes it works fine, but other times the source computer keeps retrying and fails to connect. The only way to resolve this issue is by completely rebooting the computer. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

Can you please provide some more details?

Is this happening only to you or are other members of your account experiencing this as well?
Are you rebooting the computer that you are trying to connect to (the host), or the computer you are connecting from (the client)?
What operating systems are being used?
