It would be helpful if there was an easy way to route internal calls (from another user) to one place and external calls (from outside of my organization) to another.
For example, I'm away on vacation and I want internal calls to be routed to a someone else in my department but external calls to go to my voicemail. Of course I could set up a dial plan and point my calls to that but it would require the caller to make a selection and it would be more foolproof if it did everything automatically.
