Please make it possible to export Availability and pause time by agent on analytics. This will allow more accessibility to improve employee performance.
Thank you for this feedback. Our GoTo data and engineering teams are currently working to improve this area of Analytics, providing more granular views into the agents' daily activity timeline, including an export option.
