I would like the options to work while I am in a call on hard phone.
Example: Add call, Transfer Call, Park, and etc.
Also, I would like when I hit dial and put in a number to automatically pick up my phone and put it on speaker.
agreed, start the call on the desktop/pc app and be able to move it to the desk phone (poly ip550 device) and use the poly headset CO52 with 300 feet range instead of stuck on the pc app with 10 feet of blue tooth.
