I have sent several emails to the (removed - GlennD) email and have been flat out ignored. Does anyone know why they are ignoring their customers?

Just to add in my own experience recently... I updated my case on the cases page that Glenn referred to and got zero response. In the end I had to call. 2 emails and updated the case notes, all got ignored.
Hi @MichaelJE, I reviewed your account and identified the original case #20924600 that you are waiting for an update on and escalated it. To add any more feedback to the case without needing to call, you can find it in your My Cases list and comment directly there.
Is there any other way to contact them that will get a response? Now I am being ignored by telephone, email and now this portal. This is very frustrating and the worst customer experience I have ever had. My client is now asking for a new provider.

If you need to contact our support team please continue to use the Contact Support option on our support site, unless specifically asked to email. If you have an existing support case open you can use the My Cases feature of our support site to add attachments and comments for the representative that is assisting you without calling again.
