Just did a SMS registration with exactly the same information as submitted to Grasshopper. Grasshopper is charging $15.00 Vonage charged $4.00. I tried 5 times with Grasshopper to get approval at $15 a whack. Vonage had it approved on the first try without any editing in less than 24 hours.
if Vonage dont work ill find something else, but I think GH is purposely rejecting submissions to make extra money because I have read all the requirements and met each and every single one. I submitted the exact same page, text, and wording to Vonage and they approved it in less than 24 hours. GH is charging $15.00 per attempt, and Vonage only charged $4.00 and approved it the very first try. Yet according to GH mine was rejected every attempt. GH Support responses were only answered every 2-3 days. Oh and magically we didnt get shut off on texting until the day after they drew our payment out automatically and have informed us that no refunds are permitted.
I agree . I am now searching as well. We have been with out SMS for 2 weeks. I was told that if you use less than 150 SMS a day you can by pass the 10dlc requirement. I may be wrong but now it has me intrigued.
Well we have been without texting now for 2 weeks, and no matter what I did Grasshopper wouldnt approve our SMS registration. Vonage was not my first choice GH was but if its not going to work I cant continue service with them
Vonage isnt good just fyi ! Their customer service is rude and disrespectful. I have been happy with GH atlest in terms of customer services.

I got declined AGAIN - when these represenatives messed up what I had on my website "Your Campaign registration has been declined for TCR Campaign Id: CWOHHWH.Reason: DCA2 declined sharing request for campaign CWOHHWH. Explanation: Inaccurate Registration. Inconsistency between brand, website and/or sample messages. (603)
