Has anyone seen issues with the Mac OS where Resolve never starts? I'm going to be digging into this more tomorrow but we've seen several Mac computers fail to start a client session after its downloaded and opened.
I've been using Safari personally. I can take video and/or open a ticket if needed. I was checking here first just in case.
@NKU_IT Thank you. I'm running some tests now myself and one thing I am seeing is
I will raise this with the team and investigate further.
I'm not sure if that added the reply to the right spot. So just checking
This issue is also occurring on a 2015 intel based mac that is running 12,1. This does give the prompt about being downloaded from the web which the 15.2 one did not. However, it also doesnt open. This started after this past weekend and computers seemed fine before that.
Interestingly enough, Resolve is showing the following for the mac version:
This is also downloaded from a new chat/session, using Helpdesk.me
I'm testing this on a mac that is running 15.2 (M2 2022, Air). Resolve isn't even opening from what I can see, I'm not seeing it being blocked either. This is the first time on the mac. Tested on the network and off the network.
Hi @NKU_IT, welcome to the community.
Can you provide some more details?
First time Mac clients running Catalina 10.15 or later will need to grant permission to LMI Resolve, but the client should start and join the session.
