GOTO CLICK TO DIAL EXTENSTION STOPPED WORKING

GOTO Click to Dial Extension Stopped working with the new Chrome update. Team production has decreased due to having to manually type in each number. We cannot continue to have this occur and really need to get this up and running again with no further issues. Thank you!!!
