Not sure what the purpose of this is. When the count down ends it just resets - its an extra step with no purpose when connecting and disconnecting? Please explain if i am missing it otherwise i would like to see it removed.
Thanks,
Ken
thanks for the explanation which helps me understand the purpose. I would prefer it be the opposite where by default it connects right away but you have a choice before connecting for Connect Now. I may be in the minority here on this one as perhaps many others take advantage of the current default
Understood. I think we can adjust this Idea to be more specific around point number 2 and an option to disable it per Unattended computer or group.
It's the 2nd bullet point that makes no sense its more clicks for no reason, couldn't we set systems that are always unattended to bypass this screen altogether... It's just extra clicks that aren't needed. I understand the first bullet point regarding if an end user is present, but even that isn't always accurate. Sometimes if the machine is just logged in from a previous connection it will claim an end user is present. However, I think myself and @greenbeansys are more annoyed with the 2nd bullet point, its extra clicks for no reason at all
Hi @greenbeansys @bhiggins27
Both are there for a reason and both can be bypassed if the technician wants.
100% agree please remove!
