Settings to control when and if the LogMeIn Resolve printer is installed on unattended computers. At the very least the printer should never be default on the unattended computers.
Allow technicians to initiate the chat function on an Unattended computer when someone is present, before starting an Unattended support session.

Keyboard controls to work with Android tablets when swipe is difficult on remote sessions due to latency issues. Bare minimum is not having to swipe up on a computer to open a tablet. Escpecially on cellular if in a weak signal session, it is almost impossible to even get to the home screen.

Not sure what the purpose of this is. When the count down ends it just resets - its an extra step with no purpose when connecting and disconnecting? Please explain if i am missing it otherwise i would like to see it removed. Thanks, Ken
I find it odd that RESOLVE does not have an issue to lock the host upon disconnect like other LogMeIn products have (Central has this).
