SMS Registration ISSUES DON'T STOP

This has been the most incredibly frustrating process I've ever delt with. My registration was rejected for reasons that are clearly addressed in my opt-in message. The rejection states that I don’t provide opt-out instructions—but I do. It claims I don’t include a way to request help—but I do. It says I don’t disclose that message and data rates may apply—but I do, and in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. Finally, it claims that my URL isn’t listed, when in reality, I’ve included it three separate times.

I need clarification on why these elements were flagged when they are already present.

Oh, the absolute chef’s kiss of this disaster? When I told Grasshopper I was having issues, they ever-so-helpfully informed me that my opt-in wording was "considered an automatic opt-in and not valid." The kicker? I didn’t write it—their AI did. That’s right, they’re out here telling me my opt-in isn’t valid while their own AI is the one churning it out. And just in case I had a moment of self-doubt, I tested it again today—guess what? Grasshopper’s AI spit out the exact same sentence I was told wouldn’t work.

I empathize with your situation, as I am encountering the same issue. Despite making countless revisions to my website and application in accordance with the stipulated guidelines, my submissions continue to be rejected. I am at a loss as to what further steps I can take.
