Incoming Caller ID

When a call comes in and forwarded to my extension and my cell phone rings, it shows our Grasshopper number in the caller ID.  Can this be changed to show the incoming caller's ID number?

Hi @wbroadmann, Welcome to the Community!

This article shows how to change the caller ID is displayed on forwarded calls:

1. Under the forwarding number, select Options.
2. From the drop-down menu next to When a call is forwarded to me, show the caller ID of, choose the caller ID.
3. Select Save.
