Support for ARM processor in Windows desktop client application

LogMeIn desktop client application will not install on my ARM based computer. In order to use the full desktop experience for remote support, it would be better if there were a specific ARM-compatible installation of the client application.

Are there any plans for the ARM64 Windows for any of the LogMeIn products?

Hi @jdondiego, welcome to the community.

This community idea is for the LogMeIn Pro product, not LogMeIn Resolve. At this time Resolve Desktop Console runs on ARM64 Windows devices using x64 emulation.

I second that request. We migrated to LogMeIn Resolve with the understanding that this software is ARM64-native Windows App.

I agree. Not having something that works for ARM or Snapdragon processor by this time is unacceptable.
