We have a client who bought a AXIS intercom system. One of the features is it has SIP support and integrates with VOIP phone systems.Is this something GoTo Connect supports? Or is it something that is set up on the phone level? I've never been asked something like this before.

I'm logged into a SP-11N. I added the MAC Address of the device into our devices in GOTO.I tried using the provision URL for the SIP Server on our SP-11N...but I don't think it's what it is looking for.I honestly don't know much about VOIP systems.This is what the SP-11N web interface looks like.
I have absolutely no idea where I would get this information.

I do not see this particular brand listed in the supported devices, but there are a some other intercoms mentioned. Depending on the software that comes with it you should be able to configure it to connect to an extension.
