I can't pay for service goto hamachi. Could you please help me?

Due to oversight, I forgot to change my expired credit card; now that I do, the payment is not being processed and I have no option to make the payment immediately. Do I have to pay for a new subscription to be able to use the hamachi service? Any help would be appreciated.

@wgarcia I will have our support team send you an eQuote that you can use to resubscribe. Did you have a Standard, Premium or Multi-Network subscription?

Hi @toxinous, once you are in GoTo Admin make sure your Billing Information is up to date:

Sign in to GoTo Admin.
Select Billing, and then choose the Payment method tab.
To edit your payment method, select Edit.
Modify the information as needed and save your changes.
Add or modify your billing information and payment method as needed.

After that, select Subscriptions from the menu on the left. Under expired subscriptions you should see the your previous subscription and an option to repurchase it.

hello there,

i have problem that cannot buy / renew hamachi subcription through vpn.net.

Every time try to renew / buy always directed to goto admin, and there is no option to renew hamachi subscription.

try different browser, clear cache, incognito mode, renew through logmein, event scrolling through community did not work. people seems work get contacted directly . tried to reach but no respond till now.

any help appreciated.

Thanks for replying Glenn but I've already tried to connect with tech support but I couldn't get through from my country,and the AI didn't provide any help resolving the issue. Could you give me some advice on how to pay my bill?.I can't find any way to purchase or renew the same subscription. All links redirect me to GoTo's app, but it only shows very another services related to Hamachi.
