Hi, It would be nice to be able to customized the welcome email of a new ticket. Be able to edit with our company logo and our own welcome text.
It would be nice to be able to have agent based signatures.Just having the ability to modify what the footer of the comment/email chain would look like would help draw attention to different tiers of support (Tier 1 / 2 / 3). Currently its hard for customers to dictate who they are actually talking to and what role they pose.I don't believe this is a feature currently.

I have the same concern.... I am looking to upload a New Ticket template which will include a standard message with Signature for response. Currently, the only option I have is to communicate with the client via the Comment section. Everything needs to be manually typed again and again.
