My payment for invoice IN9CAA1567280 Aug 8, 2025 did not go through and my subscription that I have been paying for more than 10 years did not go through today September 8 the network stopped working. And I can not pay in the new system there is simply no link to pay hamachi standart! For some reason I already bought an unnecessary pro for 34.99. Help me transfer this payment to my usual hamachi standart. How did everything go so wrong...
Hi @chillmegal, it looks like you signed up for a Pro trial by accident which is why it is suggesting those plan options. The Pro trial will expire automatically on September 12th as long as you do not select any of the plans on that page.
I see that you have already opened a support ticket, and that you have signed up for a GoToWebinar trial and a LogMeIn Resolve account. Were those mistakes as well?
hi @GlennD, when i try to buy the standard $49/year, it directs me to Pro for individuals which price is $349 and it indicated for 2computers only? a little bit confusing.. where can i pay the standard version $49 .please help thanks
