Recording doesn't show full PowerPoint

I have had this problem again. I wasusing MacBook Pro 2022 and trying to record presentations with powerpoint (16.78.3 powerpoint for mac) slides on presenter view. I was using a Meeting Owl, which worked fine. I shared each individual powerpoint presentation. However, on the recording, only a single slide (usually the first) can be seen throughout the talk. The speaker is visible and audible. It is disappointing that the slides have not been displayed/advanced.

@hallf thanks for your response. It sounds like you are sharing correctly and the recording should reflect what you see during the presentation. I'm going to create a support case for further investigation?

Did you notice that this happened when you started using Meeting Owl during your Meetings? It doesn't seem like that should affect the recording, but would be good to know.

When you shared the PP, did you share the entire screen or did you share the PP Application? I shared the PP application.
During the presentation, were attendees able to see the slides advance correctly? Did anyone mention that they weren't advancing? Yes, the slides advanced correctly at the venue.
Was Meeting Owl selected as the camera and microphone in GTM? Did you have any external displays or monitors attached? Meeting owl was selected as camera and microphone. There was an external display - to project onto a screen.
Was it a local or cloud recording? Recording on GTM
Have you previously had recordings were the PP advanced? Is there anything that may have been done differently? It worked about a year ago. It has not work recently but I thought that we might not have shared properly. I am sure that these were shared (application) on this occasion.
If possible, can you share the Webinar ID, if we need to take a closer look. Sure 942-686-613 recorded on 5/9/25
