The admin portal is very clunky when adding a second phone to share the ext number of an existing ext.

Nice to see you. I reviewed the case and see that the issue appears to be that on Yealink devices, extension updates do not update immediately after changing in admin portal, even after saving and updating in GoTo admin.
If I'm missing anything please let me know. This appears to be feedback rather than an idea, so I moved it to the discussion forum. I will share this feedback with the team.
