A few months ago I spent weeks trying to get approval for SMS for an additional phone number to my account. Despite our best efforts in making all the suggested changes, we continued to get rejected until I posted a message on this board and someone helped us out with gaining the approval (thank you!)
We are now facing the same problem yet again as we add another number to our account. Calling isn't a problem, we can receive text messages from clients but unable to send any. Would someone kindly help us again please!
