Hi @Virginie - Thanks for the clarification. They only recently began a phased migration of customers to the new portal, which will continue into 2026.
If you would like to give me your account ID, I can have it added to the next cohort. You can message me that information by clicking on my username, then on the next page you will see an option to private message on the top right.
