Features missing in the update admin centre

Following the update to the admin center platform, we have lost access to features such as changing meeting IDs between users, accessing live diagnostics for meetings, and easily checking meeting history for all users on my business account. Additionally, I am now required to use admin.goto.com, and no longer have access to admin.logmeininc.com.

Because these features are essential to our business operations, we have continued with GoTo primarily for the convenience of having them available. Please have these feature available in the new admin centre.

The team is still working on updates to the admin center, thanks again for bearing with us. I will continue to post updates in this thread as I get them.

One thing to note:

Meetings can be reassigned in GoToAdmin by navigating to

People
Users
Select a user or users
Choose Reassign meetings from the menu
Choose which meeting to reassign to which user

@Carrey_8 Happy New Year. The team is still aware of this, and is working on Admin feature parity for GTM. I don't have a timeline yet for a fix, but will continue to share your feedback.

Hi there, any updates for the below features? Is there any ways that we could check the meeting history without downloading the file.

One update, for Easily checking meeting history for all users you can do that in Home - Reports - Meeting History.
