Recent versions of the Logmein Rescue Desktop Technician Console does not allow the user to edit the Name or Description fields for Unattended Access customers.
Previously you could click on a customer line, and then click on either the Name or Description field to highlight it in blue and then edit it.
We are forced to use an old version of the Tech Console (7.12.3379) which allows this feature. Since our customers are set up using an unattended self installer, we always need to change these fields after they are set up. We have to continue to use the old version of the Technician Console until this is corrected.
