It sounds like other people are also fighting AI approval or something on this, but I have a denied message saying my company name doesn't match my EIN. It does. Definitely. I double-checked it. And there's no way to ask for verification, ask a question, anything. The only possible thing I can see to do is make a change to the info I submitted to get it looked at again, but of course that means submitting something that isn't correct, which will end in being denied again. This really shouldn't be that difficult.
