Allow administrators to initiate the chat function before remote controlling an endpoint.

I'm not OP but I will say yes to this. It would be nice to chat with the user to ask them if it's okay to remote in now, even if unattended is installed.

thanks for the prompt reply. We are after exactly that - the ability to initiate a conversation with an unattended machine ahead of remote access. (like Logmein Central).

This is already available for Instant Support sessions, are you wanting to chat with users who are sitting in front of Unattended computers?
