Hello,
I've gone through the various training and setup pages, but i still can't get calls to do anything other than just ring.
I have it set up so that it goes straight to voicemail (yes, there is a custom voicemail message that I uploaded myself), but when you call our number, it will ring endlessly. It's also not registering on the activity log.
What am i doing wrong?
