Can't you offer anything else?You ALREADY ASKED THIS IN NOVEMBER!!!!The webinar was turned on today, ended after two minutes – the recording is on my computer.They turned it on again, ran the webinar for THREE HOURS!!!! – the video is gone!!!!Please answer: can you restore it?And also the videos for November 4th and 5th, 2025!!!!!!If not, then go far away, we'll be switching to another webinar service!!!

Our support team emailed you on December 8th updating you on what we had discovered. The recordings were paused which is why they were shorter and missing parts of the webinar. We are still trying to identify why the recording paused.
